TrafficCreator Refund Policy and Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed case by case through billing support — submit a ticket with your transaction details rather than assuming automatic eligibility.
How To Request#
- Open a support ticket in the billing category (see Request a billing review).
- Include the transaction reference, amount, date, and the specific reason for the request.
- Billing support reviews and responds on the ticket thread.
Important Limitations#
This article summarizes our full Refund & Cancellation Policy — that page is the legally binding version; this is a plain-language guide to it.
- Before your campaign starts: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from your order confirmation email. Email
[email protected]with subject "WITHDRAWAL – [Order ID]" before delivery begins. - Once delivery has started: by checking the checkout consent box, you agree that the right of withdrawal ends once the first hit is dispatched. A 72-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee still applies — if fewer than 95% of your purchased hits were delivered within 72 hours of your campaign's calculated end date, you're entitled to a proportional refund or credit for the undelivered portion.
- The 95% threshold is a real cut-off. A delivery variance of ±5% is treated as normal operational tolerance and does not trigger the guarantee. In practice: 94% delivered qualifies, 96% does not.
- Not covered by refunds: normal completed delivery, change of mind after a campaign has started, credits already applied to active campaigns, and any claim based on traffic not generating ad revenue or ad impressions (TrafficCreator deliberately avoids ad-network engagement by design — see What TrafficCreator can and cannot guarantee).
- How to request one: email
[email protected]with subject "REFUND REQUEST – Order #[ID]", or open a billing ticket as described above. Requests are acknowledged within 2 business days, and a decision follows within 5 business days of us receiving all the information needed to assess it — so sending your project ID and dates up front shortens the clock.
On the money itself: all refunds are processed in EUR, back to your original payment method. If you paid in another currency, the amount is converted at the exchange rate on the day of the refund, and any conversion fee your bank or card issuer charges is not covered — so the figure landing in your account can differ slightly from what you paid. Card refunds typically take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after approval.
