Why a TrafficCreator Payment Failed
A failed card payment is almost always declined by your bank or card issuer, not by TrafficCreator — the payment is recorded as failed and no balance is added. A stalled bank or crypto transfer is usually a matching problem, not lost money.
Quick Checks#
- Card payments: check with your bank for the decline reason (insufficient funds, fraud block, international-transaction block are the most common).
- Bank and crypto transfers: these are credited manually, and we match them using two things — the transfer reference and the proof of payment you upload at checkout. If either is missing or mistyped, the money arrives but nothing links it to your account, so your balance stays put.
- Retry: for card declines, a different card or a word with your bank usually resolves it. For a transfer, don't send it again — contact support with your transaction hash or bank reference so the existing payment can be matched.
Causes And Fixes#
| Cause | Fix |
|---|---|
| Card declined by issuer | Contact your bank, or try a different card. |
| International or online-transaction block | Ask your bank to allow the transaction, then retry. |
| Crypto or bank transfer sent without a reference or proof | Contact billing support with your transaction hash or bank reference so it can be matched manually. Do not send the payment again. |
| Crypto sent on the wrong network | TRC20 and ERC20 addresses are not interchangeable. Contact support immediately with the transaction hash — recovery is not always possible. |
| Payment succeeded but balance didn't update | Card payments credit within minutes. Bank and crypto are verified by hand, so allow longer before assuming something went wrong. |
When To Contact Billing Support#
Contact billing support if a card was charged (visible on your bank statement) but no balance appeared, or if a crypto transfer was sent but hasn't been matched after a reasonable delay. Include the payment method, amount, date, and any reference/transaction ID.
