TrafficCreator Acceptable Use Policy

Use TrafficCreator to run traffic campaigns you have the right to run against destinations you control or are authorized to send traffic to. Do not use it to target sites you don't have permission to send traffic to, or in ways that violate a destination platform's own terms.

Allowed Use#

  • Running campaigns against your own website or a client site you're authorized to run traffic for.
  • Using targeting, tier, and behavior settings within the ranges TrafficCreator's dashboard offers.
  • Testing analytics configurations on properties you own or manage.

Not Allowed#

  • Directing traffic at a destination you do not own or have explicit authorization to send traffic to.
  • Using the service to violate a third-party platform's terms of service (ad networks, analytics platforms, hosting providers).
  • Attempting to circumvent TrafficCreator's own account, balance, or rate-limit controls.

Important Limitations#

This article summarizes Section 3 ("Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct") of our full Terms of Service — that page is the legally binding version. Specifically, you agree not to use TrafficCreator to:

  • Target URLs hosting illegal content (malware, CSAM, phishing, darknet marketplaces).
  • Generate fraudulent ad clicks or impressions intended to deceive advertisers or ad networks (click fraud).
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks disguised as traffic campaigns.
  • Target third-party URLs without explicit written authorization from their owner.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate any part of the TrafficCreator platform.
  • Share, resell, or sublicense account access without a valid Agency agreement.
  • Impose disproportionate API load beyond documented rate limits.
  • Provide false information at registration or in support communications.

Breach of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund, and — where applicable — reporting to law enforcement and civil claims for damages.

When To Contact Support#

Contact support if you're unsure whether a specific use case falls within this policy before running it.
