• Traffic delivery against your project's tier, targeting, and volume settings, subject to available inventory.
• Visibility of that traffic in your own GA4 property, when a valid Measurement ID is configured.

What It Does Not Guarantee#

• Specific business results such as conversions, sales, sign-ups, or ad revenue.
• Search ranking changes or SEO outcomes.
• Approval, compliance status, or continued standing with any third-party advertising or analytics platform — those decisions belong entirely to the third party.
• Delivery speed matching your daily target exactly on every single day (see Why delivery can be slower than expected).

Important Limitations#

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We do not warrant the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that results will meet your specific requirements.
• Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid in the 3 calendar months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or account bans/restrictions applied by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, AdSense, etc.) or search ranking/algorithmic changes — those remain outside our control by design, since TrafficCreator does not attempt to influence them directly.
• Nothing in our Terms limits liability where German or EU law does not permit such limitation (e.g., death or personal injury from negligence, fraud).
