Why Your TrafficCreator Project Is Not Delivering Traffic
Only projects showing active deliver traffic. If yours isn't delivering, the dashboard usually already knows why — on a desktop browser, rest your mouse on the project's status badge and a tooltip shows the exact reason delivery is held. Match that text against the table below.
On a phone or tablet there is no hover, so the reason stays hidden. Use the badge itself (next section) to narrow it down, or open a ticket and support can read the reason for you.
Start Here: Read The Status Badge#
The badge itself narrows it down immediately:
| Badge | What it means |
|---|---|
| active | The project is eligible to deliver. If it still shows 0, jump to Still nothing? below. |
| pending_ga (dashboard action says Finish setup) | No valid GA4 Measurement ID is saved. This is the single most common cause. |
| stopped | Either you paused it, or delivery was held for the reason shown on hover. |
| Paused today | Today's daily cap is used up. Nothing to fix — it resumes automatically. |
| Expired | The visitor goal or end date was reached. Clone it to run again. |
| Verifying new URL | You changed the target URL; delivery is paused until the check finishes. |
What The Hover Reason Means#
| Reason shown | Fix |
|---|---|
| Missing valid GA4 Measurement ID | Add a Measurement ID in the form G- + 10 characters. Required on Economy, Professional and Expert — those campaigns cannot start without one. GSC and Local SEO campaigns are exempt. |
| Missing valid target URL | The saved URL is empty or malformed. It must start with http:// or https://. |
| Insufficient balance | The tier this project runs on is at zero. Balances are per tier — Professional credits do not fund an Expert campaign. |
| Insufficient SEO balance | Same, for a GSC or Local SEO campaign, which draws on the separate SEO balance. |
| Daily cap reached for UTC date … | Not an error. Delivery resumes at the next UTC midnight — which may not be your local midnight. Raise the daily limit if you want more per day. |
| Invalid page-title configuration | The page-title targeting on this project can't be resolved. Re-check the configured pages. |
| Awaiting SEO service start / awaiting reconciliation / start rejected / campaign paused / Awaiting SEO service synchronization | A GSC or Local SEO campaign is waiting on, or was refused by, the search-delivery service. These usually clear on their own; if one persists for more than a few hours, contact support with your project ID. |
| Campaign owner not found | An account-level problem — contact support. |
| Project deletion requested | The project is queued for deletion and will not deliver. |
Still Nothing?#
If the badge reads active, the reason on hover is empty, and delivery is still 0:
- Give it 5–15 minutes after launch before judging.
- Confirm the target URL loads publicly — no login wall, no country block, no redirect loop.
- Check you're reading the right number. GA4 and your dashboard count different things; see Why GA4 totals differ from hits.
When To Contact Support#
Contact support if your project is active, has balance, hasn't hit its daily cap, and still shows 0 delivered after more than an hour. Include your project ID, target URL, tier, and — most usefully — the exact reason text shown when you hover the status badge. That one line usually identifies the cause immediately.
