How Proxy Mode Affects TrafficCreator Delivery

Professional and Expert tiers route traffic through residential IPs, which target real countries (and, on Expert, real cities) more accurately than datacenter IPs — but delivery speed depends on how much residential inventory is available in your chosen locations.

What This Means#

  • Residential IPs (Professional, Expert) appear as real consumer internet connections, which is why these tiers support GA4-visible organic-looking traffic and city-level targeting on Expert.
  • Datacenter IPs (Economy) are faster to source but offer only country-level targeting and basic behavior — this is part of why Economy was retired from new sales in favor of the residential tiers.
  • Thin-inventory locations (less common target countries) can deliver more slowly than high-inventory ones like the US, UK, or Germany, simply because fewer residential exit points exist there.

Steps To Check Delivery Speed#

  1. Open your project and check Daily Speed against the actual delivered count.
  2. If delivery is slower than expected, check whether your targeted countries are lower-inventory locations.
  3. Broadening country targeting (via the Geo step) generally improves delivery speed.
