How Campaign Speed Affects TrafficCreator Delivery

Your campaign's speed is set by Visitors Per Day in the Volume step — a higher number spreads your total visitor goal across fewer days; a lower number spreads it out longer. Actual delivery is still subject to available inventory (see Why delivery can be slower than expected).

What Controls Speed#

  • Visitors Per Day: the daily ceiling for delivery.
  • Total Visitors and Duration (Days): together with daily speed, these determine how long a fixed-duration campaign runs.
  • Unlimited campaigns run until paused or the tier balance is exhausted, rather than a fixed end date.

Steps To Adjust Speed#

  1. Open your project's Volume settings.
  2. Increase Visitors Per Day to finish your total goal faster, or decrease it to spread delivery out.
  3. Save — the change applies going forward, not retroactively.

Review the total goal, intended delivery window and daily ceiling together before making an adjustment. For example, 10,000 visits spread over ten days require an average of 1,000 visits per day. That arithmetic is a planning reference; a daily ceiling by itself is not a promise of an exact hourly rate or completion time.

Keep a note of the previous values and the time you saved the change. Compare later delivery with the new settings over a clearly identified period. Earlier delivery remains part of the campaign history, so a new speed setting does not rewrite the counts already recorded.

If delivery is below your intended pace, check the campaign's current status and matching tier balance, then review the linked delivery and daily-limit guides. Include the project ID, settings and observation window when asking support to investigate. This makes the question specific without requiring a second campaign or a new order.
