What Happens When a Target Location Is Unavailable
If TrafficCreator can't source traffic for a targeted country, the affected project is automatically paused and you're notified by email — it does not silently fail or keep retrying indefinitely.
What This Means#
- This is a safety behavior, not a bug: rather than delivering traffic from the wrong location, TrafficCreator pauses the project so you can adjust targeting.
- You'll receive an email titled something like "Project Paused: Proxy Unavailable" identifying which project and location triggered it.
- Balance is not consumed while a project is paused this way.
Steps To Resolve#
- Check your email for the pause notification and confirm which project and country it references.
- Open the project and either broaden or change the targeted country/countries.
- Resume the project once targeting is adjusted.
