  • Choose the Right TrafficCreator Traffic Tier

Pick Expert for city-level targeting and natural GA4 event behavior, Professional for standard residential-IP traffic, and Economy only if your account already holds legacy Economy credits — it's no longer sold to new customers.

  • How Campaign Speed Affects TrafficCreator Delivery

Your campaign's speed is set by Visitors Per Day in the Volume step — a higher number spreads your total visitor goal across fewer days; a lower number spreads it out longer. Actual delivery is still subject to available inventory (see Why delivery can be slower than expected).

  • How Country and City Targeting Works in TrafficCreator

Every tier supports country-level targeting with a percentage split across selected countries; city-level targeting is available on the Expert tier only , via a "States & Cities" button next to each selected country.

  • How Device Targeting Works in TrafficCreator

Device targeting is controlled by the Device Distribution slider in a project's Basic Settings — it splits traffic across desktop, tablet, and mobile using percentages, with Desktop/Balanced/Mobile presets. The default is 70% desktop / 30% mobile, with tablet at 0% unless you set one.

  • How Referrers and UTM Parameters Work in TrafficCreator

UTM tracking is a post-creation project setting called Tracking & Attribution (UTM) — use a quick preset (Google Ads, Facebook, Newsletter, Twitter/X, Pinterest) or set Campaign Source/Medium manually, and a live URL preview shows exactly what gets appended to delivered visits.

  • How to Add Your Website URL Safely to TrafficCreator

Enter the full URL (including https:// ) of the exact page you want traffic to land on, and confirm it loads normally with no login wall before launching — TrafficCreator's traffic can't get past authentication screens.

Enter the full URL (including https:// ) of the exact page you want traffic to land on, and confirm it loads normally with no login wall before launching — TrafficCreator's traffic can't get past authentication screens.

  • How to Create Your First TrafficCreator Campaign

To create your first campaign, start a new project — Create project on the Campaigns page, or New Project in the Dashboard's Command Center — then enter your campaign name and target URL, choose a traffic quality tier, add your GA4 Measurement ID, set targeting and duration, and launch. Traffic typically begins within 5-15 minutes. The Measurement ID is required for visitor traffic — without it the campaign will not start.

  • Understand TrafficCreator Project Status

The badge on your project shows one of five states: active (delivering now), stopped (you paused it), Paused today (today's daily cap is used up — it resumes on its own), Expired (the goal or duration was reached), and Verifying new URL (a URL change is being checked).

  • What Is TrafficCreator?

TrafficCreator is a website traffic platform for running configurable traffic campaigns to a URL you choose. Depending on your plan and settings, campaigns can use geo targeting, proxy routing, session behavior controls, and Google Analytics 4 measurement so you can verify delivery in your own dashboard.

  • Direct Mode vs Proxy Mode in TrafficCreator

Professional and Expert route traffic through residential proxy IPs by default, which is what makes country/city targeting and GA4-visible organic-looking behavior possible; direct delivery without proxy routing is not the standard path for these tiers.

  • How Daily Hit Limits Work in TrafficCreator

The Visitors per Day value you set is the daily ceiling for a project. Once it's reached, that project stops for the rest of the UTC day and resumes automatically at the next UTC midnight — it never runs past the limit you set.

  • How Proxy Mode Affects TrafficCreator Delivery

Professional and Expert tiers route traffic through residential IPs, which target real countries (and, on Expert, real cities) more accurately than datacenter IPs — but delivery speed depends on how much residential inventory is available in your chosen locations.

  • How to Pause, Resume, or Stop a TrafficCreator Project

Use Pause Campaign / Resume Campaign from the project's More menu to stop or restart delivery at any time — your balance and progress are preserved while paused.

  • How Traffic Pacing Works in TrafficCreator

Delivery is spread across the day up to your Visitors Per Day cap, rather than sent all at once — this produces a more natural-looking traffic pattern than a single burst.

  • What Happens When a Target Location Is Unavailable

If TrafficCreator can't source traffic for a targeted country, the affected project is automatically paused and you're notified by email — it does not silently fail or keep retrying indefinitely.

  • Why TrafficCreator Delivery Can Be Slower Than Expected

Your set "Visitors Per Day" is a target ceiling, not a guarantee — actual delivery speed depends on available inventory for your targeted countries and tier, and can run below that ceiling on some days.

  • Why Your TrafficCreator Project Is Not Delivering Traffic

Only projects showing active deliver traffic. If yours isn't delivering, the dashboard usually already knows why — on a desktop browser, rest your mouse on the project's status badge and a tooltip shows the exact reason delivery is held. Match that text against the table below.

  • Check GA4 Filters Before Launching a TrafficCreator Campaign

Before launching, check GA4's Admin → Data Settings → Data Filters for an internal-traffic or testing filter left active — either can silently exclude legitimate traffic from your reports.

  • Find Your GA4 Measurement ID for TrafficCreator

Your GA4 Measurement ID starts with G- and is found in Google Analytics under Admin → Data Streams → [your web stream] . TrafficCreator only accepts this format — not a Google Tag Manager container ID ( GTM-... ) or a legacy Universal Analytics ID ( UA-... ).

  • How Long GA4 Reports Take to Update

Realtime reports reflect activity within about a minute; standard reports (Acquisition, Engagement, and most other reports) can take 24-48 hours to fully process and stabilize.

  • Track TrafficCreator Campaigns With UTM Parameters

Once you've set utm source and utm campaign on your TrafficCreator project, that traffic appears in GA4 under Reports → Acquisition → Traffic Acquisition , grouped by the source/medium you defined.

  • Troubleshoot Cross-Domain or Redirect Tracking Issues

If your target URL redirects to a different domain, or your site spans multiple domains, GA4 needs cross-domain measurement configured — otherwise sessions can split or attribute unexpectedly at the point of redirect.

  • Understand GA4 Sessions, Users, Page Views, and Events

These four GA4 metrics measure different things: a user can have multiple sessions , a session can include multiple page views , and each page view (and other interaction) is counted as an event — none of these map 1:1 to TrafficCreator's "hits delivered" count.

  • Why GA4 Totals Differ From TrafficCreator Hits

TrafficCreator's "delivered" count measures visits sent, while GA4 counts sessions, users, and events using its own logic (bounces, ad blockers, sampling, and processing delay) — some difference between the two numbers is normal and expected, not a sign of a problem.

  • Why Traffic Is Not Showing in GA4

Traffic may not appear in GA4 immediately because Realtime and standard reports use different processing windows. First check your GA4 Measurement ID, active filters and data streams, your project's status, and how much time has passed since launch.

  • How to Add Funds to Your TrafficCreator Account

Go to Buy Credits , choose the tier you actually plan to run campaigns in (Professional or Expert), pick a volume, and pay by card or crypto — funds appear in that specific tier's balance only.

  • How to Request a TrafficCreator Billing Review

Open a support ticket in the billing category with the transaction date, amount, and reference ID — this routes it directly to billing support instead of a general queue.

  • How TrafficCreator Balances Work

TrafficCreator keeps a separate balance for each traffic tier — Professional, Expert, and SEO (GSC/Local) — plus a legacy Economy balance for accounts that held it before it was retired from sale. Each hit your campaigns deliver is deducted from the matching tier's balance, and a campaign runs until you pause it or that balance reaches zero.

  • TrafficCreator Payment Methods

TrafficCreator accepts three payment methods at checkout: card via Stripe , bank transfer , and cryptocurrency . PayPal is not offered for new purchases; existing PayPal subscriptions remain visible and cancellable from Billing.

  • TrafficCreator Refund Policy and Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed case by case through billing support — submit a ticket with your transaction details rather than assuming automatic eligibility.

  • Understand TrafficCreator Balance Tiers

TrafficCreator keeps four independent balances — Economy (legacy only), Professional, Expert, and SEO (GSC/Local) — and billing draws from whichever tier a campaign is set to use.

  • Where to Find TrafficCreator Invoices and Transactions

Your payment and transaction history is on the Billing & Invoices page, in a Transaction History table with Date, Description, Plan, Type, Visitors, Amount, and Invoice columns — filterable by payment type.

  • Why a TrafficCreator Payment Failed

A failed card payment is almost always declined by your bank or card issuer, not by TrafficCreator — the payment is recorded as failed and no balance is added. A stalled bank or crypto transfer is usually a matching problem, not lost money.

  • Export or Delete Your TrafficCreator Support Ticket Data

You have the right to a copy of your support ticket history, and to have it permanently deleted. Both are handled by our support team on request — there is no self-service button for either in the dashboard today.

  • Generate or Reset Your TrafficCreator API Key

API keys are issued by our support team. There is no self-service button for this in the dashboard yet, so to get a key — or to have an existing one replaced — open a support ticket and ask .

  • How to Keep Your TrafficCreator Account Secure

Use a strong, unique password, rotate your API key if you suspect it's exposed, and keep the email on your account current so you can always receive security and recovery messages.

  • How to Reset Your TrafficCreator Password

To reset a forgotten password, use Forgot? on the login screen and follow the email link. To change a password you remember, do it from your account profile instead.

  • How to Update Your TrafficCreator Email or Profile

Update your email address, password, and email preferences from Profile in your dashboard. The page is split into three tabs, and which one you need depends on what you're changing.

  • Understand TrafficCreator Active Sessions

Your session history is under Profile → Security & 2FA , in a Recent Login History table (date/time, IP address, device/browser, and which one is your current session) — use Log out of all other sessions to revoke everything except the one you're using now.

  • Authenticate TrafficCreator API Requests

Send your API key as the X-API-KEY header on every request — there is no separate OAuth flow for standard API access.

  • Common TrafficCreator API Error Messages

    - Authenticate API requests - Create and manage projects by API

  • Create and Manage TrafficCreator Projects by API

Create a project with POST /projects , then manage it with dedicated endpoints to start, stop, or clone it — each requires your X-API-KEY header.

  • TrafficCreator API Overview

The TrafficCreator API lets you manage projects programmatically using your account's API key, sent on each request as the X-API-KEY header.

  • TrafficCreator API Rate Limits and Best Practices

Avoid tight polling loops against the API — check project stats periodically rather than continuously, and handle error responses (especially 401 and 500) with backoff before retrying.

  • How to Test Analytics Without Risky Claims

When describing your own use of TrafficCreator (internally, to clients, or publicly), describe it as testing or generating traffic and engagement data — avoid claiming guaranteed conversions, rankings, or ad revenue as a result.

  • Privacy and Data Handling for TrafficCreator Support Tickets

Your support ticket history is tied to your account, and you can export or permanently delete it yourself under GDPR data rights — see Export or delete your ticket data.

  • Traffic, SEO, and Third-Party Platform Policies

You're responsible for making sure your use of TrafficCreator traffic complies with the policies of any third-party platform involved — Google Analytics, ad networks, hosting providers, or others. TrafficCreator does not control or represent those platforms' rules.

  • TrafficCreator Acceptable Use Policy

Use TrafficCreator to run traffic campaigns you have the right to run against destinations you control or are authorized to send traffic to. Do not use it to target sites you don't have permission to send traffic to, or in ways that violate a destination platform's own terms.

  • What TrafficCreator Can and Cannot Guarantee

TrafficCreator can deliver configured traffic volume against your targeting settings, subject to available inventory and your account balance. It cannot guarantee specific business outcomes — conversions, rankings, ad revenue, or approval by any third-party platform.

  • Check Your TrafficCreator Ticket Status and Reply

A ticket moves through open → in-progress/pending → resolved → closed . You can reply on the same thread at any stage except closed, where you'd reopen it first.

  • How to Add Screenshots or Files to a TrafficCreator Ticket

Attach a screenshot or file directly on the ticket form when submitting, or add it to an existing ticket thread as a reply — this is especially useful for visual issues or error messages.

  • How to Contact TrafficCreator Support

Open a support ticket from Support Tickets in your dashboard, choose the closest category, set a priority, and include enough detail (project ID, dates, screenshots) for support to act on it without a follow-up round-trip.

  • Submit a TrafficCreator Ticket With the Right Details

Choose a specific category instead of leaving it general, set an honest priority, link the Related Project if one applies, and describe the issue with concrete specifics — vague tickets take longer to resolve because support has to ask follow-up questions first.

  • What to Include When Reporting a TrafficCreator Billing Issue

Include the payment method, amount, date, and transaction/reference ID — this is what billing support needs to locate the exact transaction without a follow-up round-trip.

  • What to Include When Reporting a TrafficCreator Campaign Issue

Include the project ID, target URL, tier, and the exact time you noticed the problem — this lets support check delivery logs directly instead of asking follow-up questions first.

  • What Is a Canonical URL?

A canonical URL is the page a site owner designates as the primary version when duplicate or near-duplicate content exists at multiple addresses, telling search engines which one to index and rank.

  • What Is a GA4 Measurement ID?

A GA4 Measurement ID is the identifier, formatted G-XXXXXXXXXX , that connects a website's tracking code to a specific Google Analytics 4 property.

  • What Is a Referrer?

A referrer is the source a visitor arrived from — a search engine, another website, a social platform, or no referrer at all (a direct visit).

  • What Is a Residential Proxy?

A residential proxy routes traffic through a real consumer internet connection (an actual ISP-assigned IP) rather than a datacenter server, making it appear more like ordinary consumer traffic.

  • What Is a UTM Parameter?

A UTM parameter is a tag appended to a URL — utm source , utm campaign , and similar — used by analytics tools like GA4 to attribute traffic to a specific source or campaign.

  • What Is Bounce Rate?

Bounce rate is the percentage of sessions that leave without triggering a meaningful engagement signal — no click, scroll, or second page view.

  • What Is Crawlability?

Crawlability is how easily a search engine's crawler can access, follow links to, and read a website's pages — blocked pages, broken links, or robots.txt restrictions all reduce it.

  • What Is Direct Traffic?

Direct traffic is traffic that arrives with no identifiable referrer, UTM parameters, or campaign data — GA4 attributes it to "Direct" by default.

  • What Is Indexing?

Indexing is the process by which a search engine stores and organizes a crawled page so it becomes eligible to appear in search results — being crawled doesn't guarantee a page is indexed.

  • What Is Organic Traffic?

Organic traffic is visits that arrive from unpaid search engine results, as opposed to paid ads, direct visits, or referrals from other sites.

  • What Is Session Duration?

Session duration is how long a visit lasts — measured from arrival to the last recorded interaction (a page view, click, or scroll).
