Account & Security — TrafficCreator Help Center
Find published guides for campaign setup, delivery, analytics, billing and support.
- Create, Use and Revoke API Keys
An API key lets your own scripts, the Account API and AI tools on your computer (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code) work with your campaigns. Claude and ChatGPT don't need a key: you sign in with your Traffic Creator account instead.
- Export or Delete Your TrafficCreator Support Ticket Data
You have the right to a copy of your support ticket history, and to have it permanently deleted. Both are handled by our support team on request — there is no self-service button for either in the dashboard today.
- How to Keep Your TrafficCreator Account Secure
Use a strong, unique password, rotate your API key if you suspect it's exposed, and keep the email on your account current so you can always receive security and recovery messages.
- How to Reset Your TrafficCreator Password
To reset a forgotten password, use Forgot? on the login screen and follow the email link. To change a password you remember, do it from your account profile instead.
- How to Update Your TrafficCreator Email or Profile
Update your email address, password, and email preferences from Profile in your dashboard. The page is split into three tabs, and which one you need depends on what you're changing.
- Report a Security Issue
If you found a security vulnerability in Traffic Creator, for example in the dashboard, the Account API, the MCP server or the sign-in for connected apps, please tell us privately first.
- Understand TrafficCreator Active Sessions
Your session history is under Profile → Security & 2FA , in a Recent Login History table (date/time, IP address, device/browser, and which one is your current session) — use Log out of all other sessions to revoke everything except the one you're using now.
