BBy using Traffic Creator, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, do not purchase the software. Limited warranty on media (if applicable). Traffic Creator warrants the media on which Traffic Creator software is recorded to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for a period of seven (7) days from the date of original retail purchase.
Your exclusive remedy under this paragraph shall be, at Traffic Creator’s option, a refund of the purchase price of the product containing Traffic Creator software or replacement of Traffic Creator software, which is returned to Traffic Creator.
This limited warranty and any implied warranties on the media, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to seven (7) days from the date of original retail purchase. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
The limited warranty set forth herein is exclusive and in lieu of all others, whether oral or written, express or implied. Traffic Creator specifically disclaims all other warranties. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
How to make a claim?
If you have a problem with our service, please write to us via chat or by email. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible and give you the best possible support.
In the case, you want to claim a refund,
we recommend you to write to us only by e-mail in order to process the refund as quickly as possible.
Additional refund requests through your payment provider can extend the process. We therefore only ask you to first submit your refund claim on our platform.
