Please carefully review this refund policy and liability disclaimer before using our service. By using Traffic Creator, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from purchasing the software.

Refund Terms

Limited Warranty on Media (if applicable): Traffic Creator warrants that the media on which Traffic Creator software is recorded is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of seven (7) days from the date of original retail purchase.

Your exclusive remedy under this provision will be, at Traffic Creator's discretion, either a refund of the purchase price of the product containing Traffic Creator software or a replacement of Traffic Creator software upon return to Traffic Creator.

This limited warranty, including any implied warranties on the media such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, is valid for a period of seven (7) days from the date of original retail purchase. However, some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.

The limited warranty stated here is the sole and exclusive warranty and supersedes all others, whether oral or written, express or implied. Traffic Creator explicitly disclaims all other warranties. This limited warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary depending on your jurisdiction.

Liability: Traffic Creator shall not be held liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the Traffic Creator software or any associated services. By using the software, you acknowledge and agree that Traffic Creator is not responsible for any damage incurred.

Refunds: Refunds are not available for traffic that has already started to be delivered. In order to request a refund, you must first contact our support team to address your concerns and explore possible resolutions. Refund claims made without prior contact with our support team will not be eligible for reimbursement.
