EU Consumer Redress

The European Commission discontinued the former Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform on 20 July 2025.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

EasyTrafficBot UG is not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team.

Liability for Content

As a service provider, EasyTrafficBot UG is responsible for its own content on these pages in accordance with general law. Under the applicable provisions for digital services, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete legal violation becomes known. Upon notification of appropriate violations, we will remove this content immediately.
