Troubleshooting Card Payment Issues
Reasons: Insufficient funds, incorrect details, expired card, bank block, spending limit, international transaction disabled.
Solutions: Double-check details, contact bank, try another card, use PayPal.
Wait a few minutes, check email for confirmation, refresh dashboard. If still missing after 15 mins, contact support with username, date/amount, last 4 digits, and statement reference.
These are temporary holds, usually disappearing in 1-5 business days. They aren't actual charges unless payment succeeded. Check your credit balance to confirm. Contact support if unsure.
Reasons: Expired card, insufficient funds, bank decline, card status change. Check email for notifications. Go to Dashboard → Billing → Subscriptions, update payment method. System retries automatically. May need to cancel and create a new subscription if issues persist.
