PayPal Payment Troubleshooting

If your PayPal payment shows as completed but you haven't received your credits:

  1. Wait a few minutes, as there might be a brief delay in syncing between PayPal and Traffic Creator systems
  2. Check your email for a payment confirmation from both PayPal and Traffic Creator
  3. Refresh your Traffic Creator dashboard and check your credit balance again
  4. If credits are still not showing after 15 minutes, contact our support team with your:
    • Traffic Creator username
    • PayPal transaction ID (found in your PayPal receipt email or transaction history)
    • Payment amount and date

If you see an error message after attempting PayPal payment:

  1. Check your PayPal account to see if the payment was processed despite the error (sometimes the payment completes but the redirect fails)
  2. If the payment was not processed according to your PayPal account, try the payment process again
  3. Ensure your PayPal account has sufficient funds and no restrictions
  4. If you continue to experience issues, try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache
  5. For persistent problems, contact our support team with details of the error message

If your PayPal subscription failed to renew:

  1. Check your PayPal account for any notifications about the failed payment
  2. Verify that your payment method within PayPal has sufficient funds and hasn't expired
  3. Ensure your PayPal account is active and in good standing
  4. Check if you've reached any PayPal spending limits
  5. To restore your traffic flow, you can:
    • Update your payment method in PayPal and wait for the automatic retry (usually within 24-48 hours)
    • Create a new manual payment in your Traffic Creator dashboard
    • Set up a new subscription

Security Tips for PayPal Payments

To ensure the security of your PayPal transactions with Traffic Creator:

  • Always access Traffic Creator and PayPal through their official websites
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on both your Traffic Creator and PayPal accounts
  • Verify that the PayPal checkout page displays the correct merchant name and payment amount
  • Keep your PayPal email address and password secure and unique
  • Regularly monitor your PayPal account for unauthorized transactions
  • Update your PayPal app to the latest version if using mobile payments

Pro Tip: Link a credit card to your PayPal account rather than a debit card or bank account for an additional layer of protection. Credit cards typically offer better fraud protection policies.

Refunds and Disputes

In case you need to request a refund or have an issue with your PayPal payment:

  1. For refund requests, contact Traffic Creator support first:
    • Log in to your Traffic Creator account
    • Navigate to Help → Submit a Ticket
    • Select "Billing Issue" or "Refund Request" as the ticket type
    • Provide your order details, reason for the refund, and your PayPal transaction ID
  2. Traffic Creator's refund policy typically allows for refunds within 30 days of purchase if service expectations are not met
  3. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original PayPal account, usually within 5-10 business days
  4. For unresolved issues, you may open a dispute through PayPal's Resolution Center as a last resort, but we encourage resolving issues directly with our support team first

When using PayPal for Traffic Creator purchases:

  • All Traffic Creator prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars)
  • If your PayPal account uses a different currency, PayPal will handle the currency conversion
  • You can choose whether to use PayPal's conversion rate or your card issuer's conversion rate (if applicable)
  • PayPal may charge currency conversion fees, which are separate from Traffic Creator's pricing
