Using Bank Transfers
Traffic Creator accepts bank transfers as a payment method for purchasing traffic credits. This option is especially useful for larger orders, business purchases, or customers who prefer traditional banking methods over credit cards or digital wallets. This guide explains how to complete a bank transfer payment and what to expect during the process.
Important: Bank transfers typically take 1-5 business days to process, depending on your bank and location. Your credits will be added to your account only after we receive and verify your payment. If you need immediate access to traffic credits, consider using an instant payment method like credit card or PayPal.

Step-by-Step Guide
Select Your Traffic Plan
- Log in to your Traffic Creator account
- Navigate to Dashboard → New Purchase
- Select your desired traffic type, volume, targeting options, and other settings
- Important: Bank transfers can only be used for one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Make sure to uncheck the "Subscribe" option
- Click Continue to Payment

Choose Bank Transfer
- On the payment method selection screen, click the Bank Transfer button
- Review your order details, including the total amount to be paid
- Click Continue to Bank Transfer Instructions

Note Our Banking Details
After selecting Bank Transfer, you'll see our company banking details:
Bank Account Information (Example):
- Account Name: Traffic Creator Ltd
- Bank Name: [Bank Name]
- Account Number: [Account Number]
- Sort Code/Routing Number: [Sort Code]
- IBAN: [IBAN Number]
- SWIFT/BIC Code: [SWIFT Code]
- Bank Address: [Bank Address]
Generate Your Order Reference
Every bank transfer requires a unique reference code:
- You'll be provided with a unique payment reference code (e.g., TC-123456)
- Take note of this code – you must include it in your bank transfer reference/description field
- This reference is crucial for us to match your payment to your order
Complete the Bank Transfer
- Log in to your online banking or visit your bank branch
- Set up a new payment using our banking details (Step 3)
- Enter the exact order amount
- In the reference/description field, enter your unique payment reference code (Step 4)
- Double-check all details and confirm the transfer
Notify Us (Optional)
To potentially speed up processing:
- Go to Dashboard → Billing → Payment History
- Find your pending order
- Click I've Completed My Transfer
- Optionally upload proof of payment
Wait for Verification
- We verify payments 1-2 business days after receipt
- You'll get an email confirmation when credits are added
- Your campaign will then be set up

The total time from initiating your bank transfer to receiving your credits depends on several factors:

Bank Transfer Fees and Considerations
Keep these points in mind:
- Bank Fees: Your bank might charge fees (especially international). These are separate from Traffic Creator charges.
- Currency Conversion: Your bank handles currency conversion if needed; rates and fees apply.
- Exact Amount: Transfer the exact order amount to avoid delays.
- Sender Information: Sender name should match your account name if possible.
- Minimum Order: Recommended for orders above $500 USD due to processing overhead.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
Check processing times (1-5 business days), ensure you included the reference code. If it's been longer, contact support with your username, reference code, date/amount, and proof of payment.
Contact support immediately with your username, the correct reference code, amount, date, sender name, bank transaction ID, and proof of payment. Manual matching will take longer.
Create the order, select bank transfer, then contact support via ticket. Request an invoice providing the reference code, company details (name, address, Tax ID), and any specific requirements.
Before payment: Go to Billing → Payment History and cancel the pending order, or contact support. After payment: Contact your bank to recall (if possible) and contact our support. If payment arrives, we'll assist with a refund (7-14 business days).
Receipts & Getting Help
Requesting a Receipt After Payment
After payment verification:
- A receipt is automatically emailed to you.
- Access receipts anytime via Dashboard → Billing → Payment History. Find the transaction and click View Receipt or Download PDF.
- For specific receipt formats, contact support.
Getting Help with Bank Transfer Payments
If you encounter issues or have questions:
- Contact support via Help → Submit a Ticket.
- Select "Billing Issue" or "Bank Transfer Question".
- Include username, reference code, and details. Mark as "URGENT" if necessary.
Recommendation: For faster campaign starts, use instant methods like credit card or PayPal. You can switch to bank transfers later.
